As a lawyer, as a private citizen, you see a lot of injustice. You see a lot of people who should have been punished and are not, and people who were punished wrongfully are not vindicated.

Visit Canada

Visitors visas are required for certain foreign nationals who wish to visit or travel through Canada. You may or may not require a temporary resident visa depending on your citizenship. Foreign nationals who do require visas must first make applications to a Canadian visa office before they travel to Canada. If your application is approved, the visa office will provide you with either a multiple entry or single entry visa.  You can then use this visa to travel and enter Canada.

Super Visas

A super visa lets you visit your children or grandchildren for up to 2 years at a time. It’s a multi-entry visa that provides multiple entries for a period up to 10 years to facilitate its holders to travel back and forth between their home country and Canada.

Visa officers consider several factors before deciding if a person is admissible. The person must be a genuine visitor to Canada who will leave by choice at the end of the visit.

It is important to note that the super visa is still a temporary application. If you hope to have your parent or grandparent stay in Canada permanently, you will need to submit a parental sponsorship application.

Obtaining a Canadian Visitor Visa or Super Visa is often tricky and overlooking even the most minor detail can result in a denied application. But, don’t worry! OXEC has the knowledge and experience to help you make the application successful!

Study in Canada

Canada consistently ranks as one of the best countries in the world. Study in Canada, and you’ll receive an internationally recognized education from some of the top educators and academics in the world.

What are the benefits for international students studying in Canada? Many! Whether you choose to study in one of Canada’s large, vibrant cities or settle on a small campus in a warm, welcoming community, your experience will be one that will shape your life. It may lead to a career and a future in Canada, or better career prospects at home. At the very least, it will give you access to Canada’s four beautiful seasons, wide-open spaces, abundant wildlife, multicultural diversity, clean environment, and incredible quality of life.

Before departure, study permits are required for foreign nationals who wish to study at a Canadian educational institution. To be eligible to study in Canada, you must be accepted by a designated learning institution in Canada. Once you receive this acceptance, you can then apply for permission to study in Canada.

The process of applying for the study permit is relatively complicated. Improper filling and filing of an application will result in denied entry. At OXEC, we can help you find the right school and obtain the study permit successfully.

Work in Canada

Work permits are generally required for foreign workers who wish to enter Canada to work on a temporary basis and ease skill shortages in Canada.

A work permit may also qualify an applicant to receive permanent residency in the long run. But, it should certainly be noted that obtaining such a permit is no easy feat. Improper filling can quickly extinguish one’s dream to work in Canada before it even gets started. That’s why you need OXEC to help you here.

Canadian work permits (or work visas) allow individuals abroad to fill the gaps in the Canadian work force. If you wish to immigrate to Canada and to work you will require a work permit.

In addition, besides the language requirement, a skilled worker usually needs a qualified employer to support his/her PR application. Click here to see the local employers recommended by OXEC.
